Lia Alqadhi
Lia is a gifted and dedicated performer with a unique talent for both singing and acting. Coming from a lineage of actors and musicians, performing is truly in her blood. She trains at the renowned Brit School, specializing in acting, singing, and dance. Additionally, she actively participates in activities such as gymnastics, swimming, guitar, and piano, highlighting her versatility and dedication to her craft. She also receives private vocal and drama coaching, further honing her skills.
Academically, Lia excels as a top student in languages and science, consistently maintaining high marks. She is fully bilingual in English and Lithuanian, with a natural gift for languages and impressive abilities in accents, including Spanish and Arabic.
Lia has built an impressive performance portfolio, making her debut in the musical “La Bamba” as the young Sofia, touring across the UK. She has since performed with Holland Park Opera in Puccini’s “La Boheme” and “Pagliacci” Lia's musical journey has also been enriched by a performing arts scholarship at St. Marylebone Girls’ School and Pimlico Music Foundation where she performed in venues such as Westminster Abbey, Canterbury Cathedral, and Oxford Cathedral.
Lia has been a student at Stagecoach Performing Arts School for eight years. During that time, she appeared in the annual “Children in Need” fundraising show, showcasing her singing talents. She was also part of West End Kids Performing Arts School. Despite her love for singing, Lia is currently focusing on specialized drama training at Brit School, where she has discovered a deep passion for acting. She continues to strive for excellence, recently completing Grade 5 in singing and now working towards Grade 8 in musical theater.
Lia’s work ethic and self-discipline are remarkable for someone of her age, consistently driving her toward perfection in every aspect of her performance and academic life.
