Richard Beadle

Richard’s recent work includes orchestrating and musical supervising the UK Tour of The Addams Family, orchestrating and musical director for the Gary Barlow musical The Girls (Phoenix Theatre in the West End, Leeds and Salford) and musical arranger for the BBC entertainment show Pitch Battle. Richard is currently the muscial director for Hamilton which is playing at the Victoria Palace Theatre in London.

Richards's Musical Supervisor roles include The Bodyguard (UK and International tours) and Associate Musical Supervisor on Priscilla Queen of the Desert. His Musical Director credits for theatre include: The Bodyguard (Adelphi Theatre); Betty Blue Eyes (Novello Theatre); Hair (Gielgud Theatre); Priscilla Queen of the Desert  (Palace Theatre); Grease  (Piccadilly Theatre); the 2007 UK tour of Fame; the 2005-2006 UK tour of Grease; Blood Brothers  (UK tour); The Rocky Horror Show  (UK and European tours). He is conductor and MD of Triqueta, a symphonic rock piece. He was Musical Supervisor for the annual West End Eurovision from its inception to its final year in 2014. Assistant Musical Director credits for theatre include: Jesus Christ Superstar (Slovenia); Cabaret (European Tour); Our House (Cambridge Theatre, London).

Richard's commercial credits include: Brian McFadden (BMG) and keyboards for Westlife. He was the co-creator and vocal arranger for Band of Voices, semi-finalists in 2013 Britain's Got Talent. He was the songwriter for the singer Charlie Green who released an EP, Release Me, in 2012.

He has produced the debut albums of the singers Shona White (I'll Bring You a Song) and Chris Thatcher (Jesus Chris Superstar) as well as contributing songs to both. Additionally, Richard has composed and arranged music for The Lover's Spiral (commissioned by The Royal Ballet School) and Perfectly Frank – Songs from The Rocky Horror Show.

Richard's first musical, Today Is My Day, premiered in London in 2010 and his album Songs was released in 2012 to critical acclaim and he regularly performs concerts of his music.
