Del is currently Choreographer on the Brand New Chaka Khan musical 'I'm Every Woman'.

Del Mak is an Award Winning Choreographer, Creative Director and International Judge specialising in creating movement & dance for numerous mediums including Theatre, Film, Television, Music, Award Shows, Live Events, Fashion, Art and Gaming.

Having grown up watching Kung Fu movies Del trained from aged 10 in Martial Arts before subsequently falling into dance whilst studying Engineering at university. His thirst for more knowledge took him to further his training in New York, LA and Worldwide under legendary dance pioneers in Breaking, Locking, Popping, Waacking, Vogue, House and in a variety of movement genres including Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Contemporary, Latin, Swing, and Parkour.

Del has appeared as a World Expert Judge on US major TV network CBS talent show “The World’s Best” alongside RuPaul, Drew Barrymore and Faith Hill.

Del has worked with established artists/actors/directors including Oscar nominated and Grammy Award winning talent. He has choreographed for artists such as The Chemical Brothers, Franz Ferdinand, M.I.A, Timbaland, McFly and Elbow, and created performances for live broadcasted major award ceremonies/shows including the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards, UK Asian Music Awards (Roundhouse & Royal Festival Hall), Redken Symposium Opening Ceremony (Mandalay Bay Las Vegas), Channel 4 Comedy Gala (O2 Arena London)

Del’s theatre credits include Icon: The Kpop Musical (Workshop), Hello Kitty Live World Tour (London Apollo, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Manila, Jakarta) and Effectors II special effect laden superhero musical on Royal Caribbean’s World’s Biggest cruise ship Wonder of The Seas.

Film and TV credits include The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry, Catherine Tate’s Netflix Comedy Series ‘Hard Cell’, Vogue Italia and Nowness, he has been a Creative & Performance Choreographer on UK’s biggest live TV Dance show Sky TV’s Got To Dance as well as having choreographed commercial campaigns for Nike, BMW Mini, Pizza Hut, L’Oreal, Vodafone, MTV, Footlocker, Barclays and Adidas.

His illustrious performance career includes working with artists such as Beyonce, Lay Gaga, Gwen Stefani, MTV Europe Awards, Brit Awards and London 2012 Olympic Games.

Del is currently an Elite Judge and Judge trainer for Hip Hop International having judged 6 World Hip-Hop Dance Championships in USA & at 17 national qualifiers, he is also a World DanceSport Federation Olympic level Breaking judge.
