Currently the AD for the international tour of Bat Out of Hell, Alli was previously Associate Director on The Man in the White Suit (West End) and European Director on Walking With Dinosaurs – The Arena Spectacular (European & Asian Casts). Recently, she has also been Associate Director for Strictly - The Professionals (Arena Tour), The Play What I Wrote (Birmingham Rep & Tour), and for Bat Out of Hell (Las Vegas).

Other work as Associate Director includes: Dirty Dancing (West End & UK Tour), Resident Director; Jersey Boys (UK Tour), Assistant Director & Choreographer; CBeebies Live! (UK Arena Tours); Tweenies (UK/Hong Kong); Bob The Builder (World Tour); and Cry Of The Celts (Royal Albert Hall).

A Fellow of the International Dance Teachers Association, Alli has lectured as far afield as Australia and Indonesia, and is part of the organising team behind Miss Dance of Great Britain/Dance Master UK.
