Kathryn played Dorothy Brock in 42ND STREET at the Chichester Festival Theatre in 2010 Previously she reprised the role of Norma Desmond in SUNSET BOULEVARD at the Comedy Theatre, which she played in summer 2008 at the Watermill Theatre. She played the title role in the original West End Production of EVITA, directed by Harold Prince for 18 months at The Prince Edward Theatre in London, before leading the show in its record-breaking run at The Opera House, Manchester, where she won the Manchester Evening News Readers Award for thePerformance of the Yeaar.

Other major West End theatre roles include Mrs Darling in PETER PAN and Ruth in THE PIRATES OF PENZANCE (both at the Savoy Theatre, London); Rose in Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber's ASPECTS OF LOVE, directed by Gale Edwards (First National Tour and The Prince of Wales Theatre,London); Lottie in MACK AND MABEL, (London Piccadilly Theatre); Violet in THE FIX, directed by Sam Mendes (Donmar Warehouse); THE BEST OF TIMES (Vaudeville); Olive in RADIO TIMES (Birmingham Rep and Queens Theatre, London); Dorothy Flynn in the American cult Musical NITECLUB CONFIDENTIAL, (London Playhouse); Erma in Cole Porter's ANYTHING GOES (Prince Edward Theatre, London); and at The Royal Festival Hall Peggy Porterfield in Rodgers and Hart's ON YOUR TOES and Sally in Stephen Sondheim's FOLLIES.

Outside the West End, Kathryn has played Cecily in another American cult musical, THE CASE OF THE DEAD FLAMINGO DANCER (Leatherhead and Bromley); Marian Paroo in THE MUSIC MAN; Maisie in CANDLELIGHT (Arts Council Tour); Lily Garland in ON THE TWENTIETH CENTURY (Bridewell Theatre, London); SOMETHING WONDERFUL (Rodgers and Hammerstein compilation - National Tour); SIDE BY SIDE BY SONDHEIM. (Greenwich); Vera in PAL JOEY (Ipswich New Wolsey and Nottingham Playhouse); Irene Molloy in the National Tour of HELLO DOLLY with Dora Bryan; and Eve in APPLAUSE for the Manchester Library Theatre Company;

At the Leicester Haymarket Theatre she has played the Title role in HOT STUFF; Maria in THE SOUND OF MUSIC (also at the West Yorkshire Playhouse); Edith Piaf in PIAF; The Witch in Stephen Sondeheim's INTO THE WOODS; Anna in Kander and Ebb's THE RINK ; and Desiree in the Paul Kerryson's acclaimed production of Stephen Sondheim's A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC.

Kathryn has also played lead roles in four of the LOST MUSICALS at the Barbican: JUBILEE, BLOOMER GIRL, STRIKE UP THE BAND, and SWEET ADELINE. She has appeared extensively on TV including two ROYAL VARIETY SHOWS, THE LAWRENCE OLIVIER AWARDS, PEBBLE MILL (BBC1), GOOD MORNING (BBC1), THIS MORNING (ITV), CNN, TALKING TELEPHONE NUMBERS (ITV), and THE NATIONAL LOTTERY LIVE (BBC1). TIGER BASTABLE with Tony Slattery, (Central), and in HEY, MR PRODUCER. She can be heard on the Original London Cast albums of ANYTHING GOES, RADIO TIMES, MACK AND MABEL, THE FIX, and on ASPECTS OF LLOYD WEBBER (with John Barrowman), MUSICALITY OF RODGERS AND HART, and SUCCESS.
