Prior to training, she peformed with the National Youth Music Theatre in productions of WARCHILD, CABARET and THE THREEPENNY OPERA.
Upon graduation from Mountview, Carryl made her professional debut in the Royal National Theatre production of MY FAIR LADY, directed by Trevor Nunn, which subsequently transferred to the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane.
Carryl played the role of Eve in the new musical WHITE FOLKS at the Pleasance Theatre.
